A warm welcome to everyone! Firstly, I want to congratulate you all on making the first step towards making a real change to your gut health. Many will watch my videos and skip over it, but not you. You took action. It's this quality that will help you take control over your gut and your life again. By taking the correct action. I will be sharing my experiences and wealth of knowledge to help you all out with your gut problems. My goal is for this community to be a close-knit group where we all help each other out and give each other appropriate advice. Of course, it goes without saying that nothing in this community can or should be considered as medical advice and all any of us can do is talk about our own experiences and research.
