My girl and I made cookies the other night I woke up feeling kinda off the next day But I still went to the gym and felt amazing Then we hit the farmers market and I grabbed some watermelon That one choice reminded me I’m still in control It’s not about being perfect It’s about what you do after the slip That next choice That next move That’s what builds momentum Track your wins Not your losses Every time you realign You’re stepping deeper into the version of you that already has the results Keep going ☀️⚡️🍉

When I was on PPI’s…
I didn’t even realize how much they were messing with me I was tired all the time My muscles felt weak My brain was foggy And no matter what I ate, my body felt off I thought I just needed a higher dose or a different med But the truth was, my body wasn’t getting what it needed to actially heal PPIs don’t just lower acid They block nutrients your body needs to feel normal • B12 - low energy, brain fog, numbness • Magnesium - muscle cramps, anxiety, heart palpitations • Calcium - weak bones, brittle nails, joint pain • Iron - fatigue, cold hands and feet, dizziness • Zinc - slower healing, hair loss, poor immunity But here’s the good part You don’t have to quit cold turkey I weaned off slowly But I made sure I was giving my body the right foods as I did More hydrating, enzyme-rich foods More fruit in the morning More steamed roots and veggies More big raw salads with oil-free dressings And I cut back on the stuff that was making things worse like Bread Oils Dairy Processed snacks Once I gave my body what it actually needed, my symptoms started fading away fast And I was finally able to get off PPIs after years of thinking I’d be dependent on them forever

Learn from my early raw mistakes!
Here are the top 3 mistakes I made as a beginner raw vegan I had to learn these the hard way So here are the shortcuts I wish someone gave me when I first started If you’re just getting started with raw foods read this twice 1. Too much fat not enough fruit When I first went raw I was eating all the raw tacos burgers crackers and nut desserts That’s what I kept seeing online so I thought that was the blueprint But even though it was raw I felt heavy bloated and low energy most days When I started leaning into more fruit instead of fat-heavy meals Everything felt lighter in my body and digestion 2. No structure no plan I used to wake up with zero plan and just wing it But by the time I got hungry I’d start craving random things or just eat whatever was around It wasn’t that I didn’t want to stay raw I just didn’t have a system to fall back on Now I write out what I’m eating the night before and what I need for it So when I wake up I’m already set No overthinking 3. Not eating enough This one messed me up the most I thought I was doing it right But I was barely eating and wondering why I felt tired and foggy I didn’t realize how used to dense cooked foods I was Raw food is light and full of water You actually need to eat more of it to feel satisfied Once I gave myself permission to eat big bowls of fruit, stacked smoothies and big colorful salads Everything changed Now I eat more and feel lighter clearer and more energized than ever If you’re making any of these mistakes it’s okay I made all three for years But once you shift out of them You start to thrive Your skin clears Your energy balances Your digestion finally flows And raw living becomes easy You got this And if you ever need help building structure or staying consistent drop a post Fruit fam for life 🍓🫶🏽

Constipation isn't just random
Let's talk about why you're actually constipated Most people only tell you what to eat… But not why your digestion is struggling in the first place Here's what's actually going on Your food isn’t breaking down all the way So it piles up in your gut and gets stuck That’s because your stomach acid is weak And it’s weak because your digestion was designed for natural, enzyme-rich foods Back in nature, we ate straight from the ground Fruits and veggies full of digestive enzymes And these enzymes work with your stomach acid to break down food properly But most of the food people eat today Bread, pasta, meat, beans, frozen meals, microwavable foods Have no enzymes And the vegetables we do eat, our cooked But cooking and processing these vegetables completely destroys the living, digestive enzymes they contain So your stomach’s been working alone, non-stop, for years And now it’s tired, weak, and overwhelmed So, quick fix you can try tomorrow: Start your day with raw fruits only Melon, grapes, peaches, plums, a banana smoothie, etc... Then at lunch or dinner, instead of drinking water with or right after your meals Eat non-sweet, raw fruit with your cooked meal Like cucumber slices, celery sticks, leafy lettuce, or bell peppers This gives your body the enzymes and hydration it needs to help break down the enzyme-less, cooked food better Drinking water with or right after your meals actually dilutes your stomach acid And we need strong stomach acid to break down our food efficiently This is just a small shift, but it makes a huge difference in digesting your food more efficiently
