Guided journal
Hi everyone!
I’m currently working on my book-journal called "Secure Insecurities." It’s a project about our insecurities and how to turn them into your personal strength.
And I really need your help with the "journaling" part. To be honest, I rarely use diaries myself because they don’t really suit me and I don’t quite understand what makes people keep coming back to their entries day after day. I’ve already prepared reflection questions for each chapter, but I want the format to be as comfortable as possible.
If you have experience with journaling, could you please share what attracts you the most? Is it just beautiful look or a clear structure or maybe lot of space for writing? What do you value most in these kinds of books? Like, what keeps you motivated to open your diary on the second, third, or fifth day without giving up?
I would really appreciate your help!
