Changing from private to company with Amazon

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!🥳

I hope you've had a chance to rest and restore your 'batteries' somewhat for the year ahead.

I need some help/advice about how to provide documentation for the royalty payments. I decided that I'm tired of paying VAT on my royalties, so I have passed them and also Ad expenses to our company (only 1 year old and hasn't been too busy yet).

Is there an official document that I can forward to the accountant that shows where the Royalties have come from? I am thinking of sending the 'royalty payments info' - but it looks quite ridiculous as a PDF with the chart being split into 4 pages. I wonder if I put them together in Canva if it would still be official enough. Any advice would be great.

Would anyone be comfortable sharing with the group - if you are running KDP as a private person or Ltd company?
