Learning, iterating, breaking things, rebuilding them, and growing in ways we did not expect. We have been: - Using Claude Code to automate how we run SalesCommand - from content creation to client delivery to internal operations - Building the SPEAK Studio App from scratch without a dev team (yes, really - we built a full AI-powered content platform using Claude Code). It creates authentic content and builds out your content strategy within a few clicks. - Stress-testing AI workflows and n8n automations in real client environments - Streamlining systems so we can do more with less - fewer tools, fewer steps, better results - Figuring out what actually moves the needle vs what just sounds impressive And the biggest lesson?
