Indoor GROW/Nursey
Share your pictures, this is mostly microgreens but the shelves with lighting : mostly strip lights with a daylight halogen or led at 6500k lumens (daylight bulb) to mimic the sun and the red light is a full spectrum light which can even grow them to more maturing flowering stage. If you want tips on the best indoor set up, message me. But a simple sunny window is ideal. Main thing is the soils warm, they are out the wind and the sun / artificial light helps the, become strong and not leggy

Finally it's dry, march 3rd
Today is the first time in a month the land has been dry enough to walk on , and with all the rain the veg patch has grassed over. So I gave it a couple of cuts with the lawnmower, broad forked it and covered with a heavy tarpaulin, to maintain the moisture and help it warm up.

Seed compost
The big issue with seed starting mix is ensuring it is weed free, if you make your own compost it's never clean , unless you do it on a industrial scale, and if you heat treat it, the microorganisms are destroyed. When you buy it the origin is unsure and it could have been shipped a fair distance, like coconut compost. Mushroom and worm compost, which are almost double worked compost are excellent, but there's not a unlimited supply and again availablity depends on your location. What is your solution?

Farm Consultation - Here is a full brief of a consultation pre design
This is what I charge for as a part of a full Consultation. Im sharing this as these are two friends of mine that's taken on a project to take on land within an pre existing market garden to produce local food for food banks, on site workshops and banquets to give a vocal point to the community via food growing! this is the sort of content I want in my skool. I want to show you guys my jobs and we can pull them apart together and all chip in. If you want to see the form I sent them I can send it here too
Fresh
Nothing tastes like food straight from the garden, I'm a great believer that food is only fresh 15min from picking, after that it begins to dΓ©gradΓ©. When our et children were et small their favorite food was fresh asparagus, put the pan to boil , walk to the to garden and back, pop it in boiling water 2min , on to the plate and add homemade salted butter. That's living the good life !
