From My farm days I used to sell lots of these crops and a 20ft shipping container made as much if not more than 1/4 acre farm π€―
Just sold some to a top restaurant I used to work with, and said he hasnβt had the same quality since my farm stopped π₯Ή chefs are seriously your biggest cheerleader when youβre a grower!
Iβm back on the horse. Going to set a goal to pay my monthly rent off via mushrooms an micros to help inspire you.
This order was just 4kg of oysters at Β£15/kg but normally sell at Β£17/kg and micros was 300g pea 3shoots Β£9 and 50g coriander Β£6
Β£75 total for a small drop off
