What If You HAD TO Launch Your Program In 5 Days?!

I have a question for you:

What if you ABSOLUTELY HAD TO launch your new course or coaching offer by THIS FRIDAY?

Could you do it? (comment with the fastest program you've launched - how long did it take from idea to clients?

(Imagine you had no choice, regardless of your motivation - could be an unexpected expense, upcoming vacation or anything that had to generate actual customers in the next few days!)..

Here's exactly what you would need to do:

1) COMITT. I don't care how long you've been trying, planning or wanting to launch - for most of you I'll bet you've been "working on it" for months or years!..

BUT - forget all of that - let's assume you not only want but need to go live ASAP...

You have to burn the ships and decide enough is enough - we are doing this!

(If you don't think it's possible, you've already lost - I have done this and helped others do it many times before, going from idea to new customers in 5 days!)

2) CHOOSE A PROBLEM TO SOLVE - A problem a large number of folks are actively struggling with and paying to solve. This isn't the time to get creative - all ll we need to do is enter a crowded market with a unique and more clear solution (below).

The key elements of an irresistible offer are: a unique solution, messaging and pricing.

IMPORTANT: if you are a coach, agency or consultant, you choose on step of your bigger high ticket offer to deliver live. For example, I help people build, launch and grow profitable online businesses - but for this live program I could just help people create a lead magnet (step 4 of my larger system)...

3) CREATE A SOLID OUTLINE - For over 10 years, we've used the same "Product Roadmap" system to create dozens of 6 and 7 figure course and coaching offers.

The secret sauce here is to not just tell people how you can hep them, you must SHOW THEM how you can help them with a visual roadmap! This is what none of your competitors are doing and why you can drop into a crowded market and scoop up customers!

(Pro tip: A crowded market is a group of people who are still struggling to solve their problems - if your competition was that good, folks wouldn't still be stuck!)

4) SELL IT IN ADVANCE - If speed is paramount, there's no time to be spending weeks creating slides and videos!

*To launch fast you don't need any of this, at least not yet. The secret is to pick a date, 2-3 weeks from now and deliver your program live!

Use social media, groups and email and say something like this:

"Hey folks! - In just a few weeks, I will be launch a new live program to help [target customers] achieve [desired result]. I will be working directly with a small group at a crazy low price, all I ask is that you share your results.

Comment [click or reply] if you want to join us!"

5) DELIVER IT! Use The Growthworks Course Creator to map out your program, messaging, all of your slides and content. Because of this, selling them your "whole enchilada" - high ticket program or whole course will be way easier!

Just say this during the last session:

"On a scale of 1-5, 5 being the best, how would you rate this experience we've had together over the last several days helping you [achieve desired result]?"

"Ok awesome! How would you like to learn more about working me over the lext 90 days to help you [outcome of your high ticket offer]?"

Live and virtual events are the best way I've seen to generate high ticket clients!
