Sales Script Committment Point
Question: The commitment checkpoint at the DISCOVER phase... isn't that a bit too early at this point to ask? Because they don't even know what "the problem" is yet. If I ask them now, "On a scale of 1-5 how committed are you to solving this?", the immediate thought that comes to mind is, "Yes, solve WHAT exactly? I don't even know what this is really about yet..."
Doesn't make sense for me at this point. They don't really know what they are doing wrong yet or what exactly is it they wanna achieve....... apart from the currency promise....
