Partnership Ad Threads Error - have you seen this?

I'm wondering if anyone has received this error when trying to run a partnerships ad and how they fixed? I can't find anything when I google besides duplicating the ad and that didn't work for me.

"Ad Account Has No Access To Threads Account: Ad account has no access to this Threads account. Please use authorized Threads account or assign ad account to this Threads account first. (#4588023)"
