CRM Suggestions for DTC BRAND

Hey Guys!

We're a DTC Cosmetics brand looking for a relatively simple and affordable CRM for our Call center. Until now we've been doing a lot of manual work adding the leads to sheets, creating the orders and checking for delivery status, which is getting a bit tiring with the orders going up. We're also loosing out on some valuable insights and adding a lot of different tasks to our agents which obviously drains them.

We're looking for a CRM that's compatible with Shopify - exporting orders, abandoned carts, customers, segments, etc. to the CRM and sending information (Completed order, upsell, new order created) back to Shopify. We need some segmentation and analytics options as well.

Does anyone have any prior experience or suggestions? Appreciate it :)
