我嘗試了我自己建立的很像是補習班的讀書系統，目前式了大概6天，我覺得我慢慢改掉了國中3年以來的拖延症和沒有動力的問題了，每天晚上回想今天讀了多少書的時候覺得蠻有成就感的，繼續加油👏
