Jesus healed me!
I was healed by Jesus a while back in late 2025. I always had faith in being healed since the diagnosis (that came from the blood test) because our God is bigger than any problem we could ever have. The key is to listen to his advice (the Bible) and put in into action. Faith without works is dead (James 2:26) Just getting to make this post now because life has been very busy. If you don't know, I HAD hypothyroidism and borderline anemia. It took about 3-4 months to heal. I feel so much better. My mental and physical energy are restored back to what I knew as normal. No more flare ups! This process was very eye opening. Taught me so many things about health that I can now input into the future Health course. So glad it happened even though I was miserable haha. Goes to show that if you do not eat and take care of yourself as God intended you to, you will eventually be living in dysfunction (mentally and physically and that will affect you spiritually, financially, socially, etc). Remember, temporary pleasures won't move you or society forward. Photos show how my TSH and Ferritin were bad and how they improved over the course of months. Then I just wanted to show how eating well also benefited my testosterone and inflammation status. I am excited to eventually release the Health course! However, I have been told by God to first start making videos so I am doing my best to be obedient to that command. So I will make the videos, get consistent in doing that, make a free resource (which will most likely be an eating and supplement guide), and then finish the course. God bless everyone reading this! Update on the Updates
I'm still alive haha. I'll now be doing updates sporadically. Life has gotten crazy and so an update once a week has simply become not sustainable. I'm feeling better (health wise) so I hope to confirm with blood test proof that it's not placebo. Still researching and experimenting on myself to make one of the best, if not THE best health module. Researching things for the modules like (bread/flour, gene testing, water, personally testing other blood companies, etc). I'm not shooting for perfect for this first version of the Health course but I'm going for GREAT! Having a side hustle/business definitely isn't for the faint of heart haha. Life taking you away from the sole thing you want to work on and lonely nights wondering if any of this will make a difference. We will see. Currently feel like God is calling me to move so that's also something I'm consistently praying on and researching. A lot of moving parts. Nevertheless, I will always stay determined to bring this vision God gave me into fruition. Rome wasn't built in a day so I'm fine taking my time. Quality is everything. Week 10
Worked on the Health course as I dealt with hard spiritual warfare. In the Bible, Jesus dealt with spiritual warfare and temptation from the devil while on his mission so that means that none of us are impervious / immune to evil being thrown our way. Experimenting with another type of iron supplement (heme iron) to see if this type of iron effects ferritin levels more effectively. Experimenting with this organ meat bovine thyroid supplement. Here's why - Native Americans and early ancestral healers knew that eating the organs from a healthy animal would strengthen and support the health of the corresponding organ of the individual. For instance, the traditional way of treating a person with a weak heart was to feed the person the heart of a healthy animal. Similarly, eating the kidneys of a healthy animal was believed to support urinary ailments and overall kidney health... Pancreas was fed to people with digestive problems... and spleen was fed to people seeking immune support. The thyroid gland was no different. Week 9
Worked on the health module but had a bunch of hypothyroidism flare ups. Energy and mental clarity was non-existent. Definitely made me get closer to God during this time. Looking to bounce back! (I'll be doing blood work this week and continue working on the health module)
Week 8
Dr Josh Axe (a Christian functional medicine practitioner) on Youtube states - Double blind study involving 50 people with subclinical hypothyroidism subclinical hypothyroidism found that taking 600mg of ashwagandha root extract daily for 8 weeks led to improvements in thyroid hormone levels (serum TSH levels decreased by 17% and thyroxine which is T4 increased by 20%). He recommends people with hypothyroidism take 1000mg a day. So I’ll start to take Just Ingredients Adrenal Complex https://justingredients.us/products/adrenal-complex?selling_plan=3422945473. The literature suggests that ashwagandha is the most powerful supplement for hypo/hyperthyroidism patients to heal. The literature suggests that ideal dosage for thyroid benefits is 600-1200mg so the Adrenal Complex’s 600mg of ash + the other ingredients is a safe starting point. Confident that this is the last supplement I add. Summary of the food: Meat - The smell of the meat when cooking it smells like tortillas cooking which is pleasant. Conventional grocery store meat smells bad when cooking. No water coming out of the beef or questionable gelatin like residue when cooking. The beef cooks easier and the taste is different in a fresher way. Day 1, I felt the milk getting accustomed to my stomach/gut microbiome. Eggs - yolk is bold orange. Egg whites taste similar to conventional eggs, feel like the yolk tastes better. Honey - taste so fresh and the taste has a nice hint of apple Tortillas - had an earthy tang, tasted good overall. In a week, the inflammation in my face and in my stomach has gone down significantly. Teeth became stronger on Day 1 of drinking the milk. Using the bathroom a little easier.
