Day 40, 41, and 42
Focused on God and my health. With the death of Charlie Kirk and other crazy things currently happening in America, I’m choosing this time to regroup with Jesus and focus on positivity. I left the YouTube mentorship I was in to focus on my health recovery. Perspective wise, it was somewhat useful while it lasted. Moving forward I’m going to do these updates every week instead of everyday. I’m still excited to go full in on YouTube and this community. Minor setback for a major comeback. I’m doing my 3rd blood test tomorrow so that will show more biomarkers of my body so that I can get more information on my condition. I believe this health roadblock has happened to me so that my testimony encourages others to get educated on taking care of themselves and those around them. God bless everyone reading this 🤍🕊️ - when life gets suffocating, we must climb - maintain - pray - worship - repeat

Day 38 and 39
A lot of health things happening…I did additional testing. I ordered supplements to help my situation. Ordered even more testing + professional help (the Superpower health portion) Still looking to get back on track with the YouTube thing and start filming my 2nd video. Taking life one day at a time. I know these health revelations that I will receive from God over the next month or so will help make the Health course great! Thanks to everyone currently in here who believes in the vision of Growth Oasis 🤍🕊️

Day 35: Editing my first video Day 36: Finished editing my First Video Day 37: Wrote down the outline for my 2nd video. Still trying to get down my process of creating. I'm creating a backlog of atleast 10 videos before I start posting

Day 33 and Day 34
Day 33 - I got my blood test back. Spent the whole day frustrated at work that my hotspot didn't allow me to edit my first video 😂 - I learned that I will need to edit videos at home Day 34 - Did a lot of research for my blood test. Currently working with my fitness coach, ChatGPT, and Youtube to get ALL my levels optimized 😂. I have high testosterone but hyperthyroidism. No wonder the last 6 months with my fitness felt like hell. Thyroid issues are 10x worse than low testosterone. It was like my mind had so much energy but my body was constantly sore and depleted. Looking forward to these next couple of months where I'm learning about how to go about correcting deficiencies. Glad God brought the truth to me. Lesson of the day: Don't guess, test! Watching all those Youtube videos and taking recommendations from people on what supplements to take won't perfect your health. Once you get visibility on the truth of your body, then you can create an action plan on how to optimize it.

Hopped on the weekly Shimon call. Finally figured out the editing software situation. Jesus is so good!
