Day 33 - I got my blood test back. Spent the whole day frustrated at work that my hotspot didn't allow me to edit my first video 😂 - I learned that I will need to edit videos at home Day 34 - Did a lot of research for my blood test. Currently working with my fitness coach, ChatGPT, and Youtube to get ALL my levels optimized 😂. I have high testosterone but hyperthyroidism. No wonder the last 6 months with my fitness felt like hell. Thyroid issues are 10x worse than low testosterone. It was like my mind had so much energy but my body was constantly sore and depleted. Looking forward to these next couple of months where I'm learning about how to go about correcting deficiencies. Glad God brought the truth to me. Lesson of the day: Don't guess, test! Watching all those Youtube videos and taking recommendations from people on what supplements to take won't perfect your health. Once you get visibility on the truth of your body, then you can create an action plan on how to optimize it.
