Day 24
Did research on a blood testing company in America (for the Health course and for my health) and decided to be a guinea pig for it! It's a monthly test that is affordable, convenient (painless at home test that takes 10 minutes), the blood markers tested actually matter, etc.
The past couple years, I've learned the importance of checking your internal health (and not just popping random supplements that are trending). I've also learned how/why doctors make it hard to get blood tests so it has pushed me to be self sufficient and look outside of them. Will be sharing my results in the General chat once I've taken the test and received the data!
Still doing market research and getting in the mindset of a Youtuber. Shimon is still onboarding people into the group and he's making modules. Our first group call will be next week. No homework assignments yet so I'm just doing prep on my side.
