Are you or your company having retention issues? Seems in todays world, people are leaving jobs more than they ever have. Do you have any theories as to why this massive change in the last several years? Any ideas to lessen the blow? This picture cracked me up today. It was in a newsletter that I received via email. Can you imagine if every business, school, and public space were required to have seating like this? LOL! We'd be forced to collaborate and consciously put in some effort to balance out the seating situation;) What a world it would be! What's your perspective?
