Hello lovely souls, welcome! I’m excited that you’re here in this nurturing space dedicated to exploring the wisdom of dreams and healing the root causes that lie beneath the surface. Who am I: I’m Kali, a Mother of three, a First Nations woman, home schooler, food grower, and artist - and I believe in the power of dreams and the rich practice of using dream interpretation to help figure out what is weighing on our minds and what our conscious self needs to address. I have tapped into my dreams to help guide me through my life, and have even drawn on them to fuel my creativity; and I have been helping family and friends do the same for many years. Every dream carries a message, a whisper from our subconscious. Here, we’ll uncover your messages together. Why this space exists: Dreams are gateways to self awareness, healing, and transformation. Whether you're struggling with recurring dreams, craving clarity, or seeking emotional growth, you’re not alone. Don’t feel that you always have to fix everything consciously, especially at first. This group is a space for insight and support. What you can expect: - Gentle, respectful dream sharing and exploration, rooted in compassion and deep listening. - Tools to interpret recurring themes, symbols, and even emotions that surface in your dreams. - Resources like dream journaling prompts, reflective exercises, and discussion threads to deepen the work. - Discussions on the history of dreams, from the mythology of the ancient world, to the science of the modern world; as well as the mystical and spiritual. - When we really get into it - ways we can address patterns and challenges on a subconscious level rather than just the surface. How to get started: 1. Introduce yourself below - share your name, what brings you here, and any dream you remember that feels significant (if you're comfortable). You can always message me privately and I will share your dream anonymously. 2. Keep a basic dream journal - don’t worry about ‘getting it right’ the first time, even a few phrases upon waking can unlock powerful insights. 3. Engage gently - feel free to ask questions, share your reflections, or respond to others with kindness and curiosity.
