General questions
Good morning all. Happy belated Mother's Day to all the mothers.
I had my cheat day yesterday. It was good. I don't feel that I completely went overboard, lol. This is my first go at the 3 week challenge. I made it a week. I feel that I am doing pretty good but I have several questions.
I have a hard time hitting my numbers most of the days. Will I still lose weight if I miss my numbers for my proteins, fats, and carbohydrates? What fruits and vegetables should I completely avoid? And when I cook with coconut oil or avocado oil do I need to count the fat toward my fat grams per day? Will fresh squeezed lemon juice or ginger tea break my fast during my intermittent stage? Is it recommended to take a break/cheat day every week to give your body a break, or does it not matter?
I felt like I was doing great the first 4 days. I could feel the progress just in general. On the 5th and 6th day, before my cheat day, I didn't feel the same progress.
