Write something
New tool
The hardest part wasn’t writing this book. It was learning to live differently. I know what it feels like to understand a pattern and still repeat it. To want change, but reach for the same familiar response. I’m learning new tools: pausing before reacting, noticing the story I’m telling myself, and choosing one conscious next step. I still practise. I still get things wrong. Those moments give me something to learn from. That experience is at the heart of NEW TOOL: From Survival Tools to Conscious Tools. My hope is that these pages help you recognise something in yourself—and find a tool you can practise in your own life. Thank you to everyone supporting this journey. 💚 What’s one reaction you wish you could pause before? If you’re curious about the book, message me TOOL and I’ll send you the Amazon link. New tool
GreenSoul
I’m bringing the different parts of my work together—and making the connection clearer. PowerCup is where we meet over coffee, food and real conversation. GreenSoul is where we practise slowing down, noticing our automatic reactions and choosing our next step with more awareness. Our outdoor adventures give us space to move, connect and gain perspective. And my book, NEW TOOL: From Survival Tools to Conscious Tools, shares the personal learning behind this journey. The thread through all of it is simple: Pause. Connect. Move forward. I’m building spaces and experiences where people can take a breath, have an honest conversation and leave with something useful for everyday life. If you’re in Banbury, come and meet us at PowerCup, 67 Bridge Street. If you’re curious about the book, GreenSoul sessions or future adventures, send me a message. I’d love to hear what interests you. 💚 #GreenSoul #PowerCup #Banbury #SelfAwareness #Community

Morning 🌅
Good morning, beautiful people 💚 Before sunrise, a fox joined us. Mocha barked. Cookie chased. Then both came back—with the fox following. My security team had invited a guest. 😂🐾🦊 I stopped stretching and started laughing. A little sadness. A lot of life. Both here, in the same moment. And yesterday’s question returned: “Who’s that guy?” The one who worries sometimes, loves deeply, makes mistakes—and still gets up to create something. Perhaps you recognise yourself in that. Sometimes there’s so much noise about who we should become, we miss the person already here. Today, ask someone a question. Give their answer space. Share a smile. Let them discover a little of you. What might we notice about each other if we slowed down enough to listen? Coffee first, though. 🤭💚

Take time to remember you!
Three in the morning. Awake. Outside: breathe, stretch, move. The dogs doing dogs—until the rain became unacceptable. “Daddy, enough. We’re going home.” 🤭🐾 Back inside, I slowed down. My mind travelled through yesterday, tomorrow, a few familiar stories. I let it speak. Gradually, I could hear myself more clearly. Yesterday had some painful moments. This morning, there is peace. A little sadness too. There’s room for that. And then a question came: What can I create today? A conversation. A connection. A space where someone can sit down and feel welcome. I get excited. Sometimes I want to share everything before the person has even taken their coat off. 😂 Today, I can give it time. Ask. Listen. Share something that matters between us. Because I’m beginning to realise how often I look towards the life I want and forget to appreciate the life I’m already building. The doors are here. The book is in my hands. People are coming in. I’m learning as I go. There is work ahead, and there is something worth enjoying today. Perhaps take a moment this morning to notice what already exists because you kept going. Then ask yourself: What would I like to give my attention to today? I know why I’m building. Today, I’ll practise how. Little by little. Peace is my baseline. Passion is my engine. Love is my fuel. 💚

Take time to remember you!
GreenSoul
I’m reopening this space with a clearer purpose. For years, I knew how to build things with my hands. Learning to change what was happening inside me took a different kind of work. I began noticing my automatic reactions. The pressure to prove myself. The familiar behaviours I returned to when life felt uncomfortable. Awareness gave me somewhere to begin. Daily practice helped me make different choices. That journey became my book, NEW TOOL — From Survival Tools to Conscious Tools, now published on Amazon: https://amzn.eu/d/04jQ9AWF Here, I want us to put those ideas into everyday practice through GreenSoul’s three steps: 💚 Regulate — pause and notice your state. 💚 Reframe — question the story you’re telling yourself. 💚 Redesign — choose one practical action. We can share small wins, honest questions and the moments when we catch an old pattern—even afterwards. To begin: what is one automatic behaviour you’d like to meet differently? Share only what you feel comfortable sharing. Peace is my baseline. Tomas 💚
