Oftentimes it feels like we are behind, but in truth, we are being given a running start. Healing positions you for dominion in every area that God has called you to. It is not happenstance that you have chosen healing in this season of your life; rather, your season of intense healing was scheduled and predestined for such a time as this. As you heal, you shall rise. Allow the thoughts of the past to surface so you may recognize the wounds they caused and invite God to heal them. Hidden things are like festering wounds tucked tightly beneath the bandage of our consciousness. When you allow exposure, God steps in to bring healing. I encourage you to reflect and pay attention to what arises, for it reveals where God is actively working within your heart. Happy Biblical New Year! Rosh Hashanah! – Sika 💚

If you don’t already have these few items, please grab them from a place like Five Below or Amazon. You won’t spend more than $20 for a foam roller and mat at Five Below. As for the Bible, bring whichever one you have. I’m excited about going deeper into stretching and releasing with you all. We’ve been keeping it light, but we’ll begin progressing to maximize our time together. Also, if you have a favorite tea 🫖, feel free to bring it! We’ll enjoy tea and scripture before stretching.

We will meet again next week at 6:30 a.m. Beginning then, class times will alternate: 6:30 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays, and 6:30 a.m. on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays.
