Align Your Spirit.” Day 1: Mindful Eating Monday Focus: Awareness & relationship with food • Eat without distractions (no phone/TV) • Ask: “Am I hungry or emotional?” • Practice gratitude before meals “Today we slow down. Healing begins when we become aware of what and how we eat.” Comment MINDFUL if you’re resetting your relationship with food. 🥗 Day 2: Whole Food Tuesday Focus: Clean, nutrient-dense foods • Shop the perimeter of the grocery store • Add more fruits, vegetables, lean proteins • Reduce processed foods “God created real food for our bodies today we go back to the basics.” Drop your favorite healthy meal below! Day 3: Hydration Wednesday Focus: Water = healing • Aim for half your body weight in ounces • Add lemon, cucumber, or mint • Reduce sugary drinks Reflection: “Your body can’t function well if it’s dehydrated.” How much water have you had today? Day 4: Gut Health Thursday Focus: Your gut = your second brain • Add probiotics (yogurt, kefir) • Add fiber (greens, oats, chia seeds) • Reduce bloating triggers Coaching Tip: “When your gut is off, everything feels off energy, mood, weight.” Say GUT RESET if you’re working on your digestion! Day 5: Metabolism & Movement Friday Focus: Fuel + move your body • 20–30 minutes of movement (walk, stretch, strength) • Eat protein with every meal • Avoid skipping meals Soul Friday Add-On: “Honor your body it carries you through every season.” Tag a friend to walk with you today! Day 6: Rest & Restore Saturday Focus: Recovery is part of health • Sleep 6–8 hours • Reduce stress • Light stretching or self-care Coaching Insight: “Weight loss and healing don’t happen without rest.” What are you doing to rest today?
