Coming out your comfort zone
Healing Health and Holy Habits This is a powerful next chapter for my YouTube journey. My message is really about moving from hiding to being seen, from comfort to purpose, and from personal growth to impact. For Healing, Health & Holy Habits, I’d position the channel around this deeper message: “I stepped out of my comfort zone because somebody needs to know they’re not alone and if my story helps even one person, it’s worth it.” Your next level can be: * Healing — sharing the real journey, not pretending everything is perfect. * Health — showing the small steps you’re taking to become stronger. * Holy Habits — faith, prayer, mindset, discipline, and consistency. * Impact — encouraging women to stop hiding and start becoming who God called them to be. * Courage — allowing yourself to be seen, heard, and vulnerable. Your new season in one sentence “I’m no longer stepping out of my comfort zone just to challenge myself I’m stepping out because my voice, my story, and my journey may be exactly what someone else needs to take their next step.” And honestly, you don’t have to reach thousands to make an impact. If one woman watches your video and decides not to give up on herself, you’ve already made an impact. https://youtu.be/SsxGOWxzXXw?is=n3F0wOWcQZ8ZG1zW

July Series Letting go of what no longer serves you.
https://www.youtube.com/@HealingHealthandHolyHabits/posts July Series Letting go of what no longer serve you. Week 1: Let Go of the Past Focus Healing from yesterday so you can embrace tomorrow. The past has a way of following us. Sometimes it shows up as guilt over the mistakes we made. Sometimes it comes as shame from what was done to us. Sometimes it is regret over opportunities we missed, relationships that ended, dreams that never came true, or years we feel were wasted. The enemy wants you to believe your past is your identity. God says your past is part of your testimony. You cannot rewrite yesterday, but through Christ you can be transformed today. Many women spend years carrying invisible luggage. They carry unforgiveness, disappointment, rejection, grief, betrayal, divorce, abuse, poor decisions, financial failures, addiction, fear, and words spoken over them as children. Every step forward becomes heavier because they are carrying what God never intended them to carry. Healing does not mean pretending the pain never happened. Healing means the pain no longer controls your future. Sometimes letting go means forgiving someone who never apologized. Sometimes it means forgiving yourself. Sometimes it means releasing the dream that did not happen so God can replace it with something even greater. God is not asking you to deny your story. He is inviting you to surrender it to Him. Your scars are proof that you survived. Your survival is proof that God has been with you every step of the way. Today, stop asking, “Why did this happen to me?” Begin asking, “Lord, how will You use this for Your glory?” The moment you release your past into God’s hands, you make room for His peace, His purpose, and His promises. Reflection Questions ● What memory continues to shape the way I see myself today? ● What lie about myself have I believed because of my past? ● Who do I need to forgive, including myself? ● What am I afraid will happen if I finally let this go? ● What lesson can I keep while releasing the pain? ● What new thing might God be preparing me for if I stop looking backward? Weekly Challenge Write a heartfelt letter to your past self. Thank her for surviving. Acknowledge her pain. Forgive her for the mistakes she made with the knowledge she had at the time. Release every burden she was never meant to carry. Then write a second letter from God to your present self using Scripture to remind yourself of His love, forgiveness, and promises. Pray over both letters, then place them in your Bible or safely destroy the first letter as a symbolic act of surrender. Prayer Father, I surrender every wound, every regret, every disappointment, and every painful memory to You. I choose to stop carrying what You have already offered to carry for me. Heal the places in my heart that still need Your touch. Help me forgive others as You have forgiven me. Help me forgive myself. Give me the courage to believe that my best days are not behind me but ahead of me. Thank You for making all things new. In Jesus’ name, Amen. Weekly Affirmation I am no longer defined by my past. I am forgiven. I am healed. I am chosen. I am growing. I am becoming the woman God created me to be. God is doing a new thing in my life, and I choose to walk forward in faith, not backward in fear. #graceandgritwoman
June Series Week 4 HEALTHIER YOU
THRIVE Theme: Walking in Purpose You were never created just to survive life’s challenges. You were created to heal, grow, serve, and thrive. Every step you take toward becoming healthier, stronger, and closer to God is preparing you for the purpose He has placed on your life. This week is about walking boldly into the woman God created you to be. Theme Scripture “See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?” Isaiah 43:19 Monday: Becoming the Woman You’re Meant to Be God is more interested in who you are becoming than where you have been. Your past does not define your future. Every healthy choice, every prayer, and every act of obedience is shaping the woman He created you to be. Reflection Question What version of yourself is God calling you to become? Action Step Write three qualities of the woman you want to become and pray over them. Tuesday: Small Habits, Big Results Transformation isn’t built through perfection. It’s built through consistent daily habits. One healthy meal. One walk. One prayer. One page of Scripture. Small choices repeated daily create extraordinary results. Reflection Question What one habit can you commit to for the next 30 days? Action Step Choose one habit and track it every day this week. Wednesday: Setting Healthy Boundaries Healthy boundaries protect your peace, your purpose, and your healing. Saying no to what drains you allows you to say yes to what God has called you to do. Reflection Question Where do you need stronger boundaries? Action Step Say yes to one thing that brings peace and no to one thing that steals it. Thursday: Mid Year Reflection and Next Steps Don’t focus on where you should have been. Celebrate how far you’ve come. Growth isn’t measured only by pounds lost or goals achieved. It’s measured by the woman you’re becoming. Reflection Questions • What am I most proud of this year? • What lessons has God taught me? • What do I want the next six months to look like? Action Step Write down three goals for the remainder of the year and one action you will take today. Friday (Soul Friday): Faith, Purpose and Your Next Chapter God has not finished writing your story. Your next chapter can be filled with healing, confidence, joy, and purpose. Trust Him with every step, even when you cannot see the entire path. Soul Friday Prayer Father, thank You for bringing me this far. Help me walk confidently in the purpose You created for me. Give me courage to release fear, discipline to stay consistent, and faith to trust Your timing. May my life reflect Your love and bring hope to others. In Jesus’ name, Amen. Monthly Call to Action Walk 1 mile every day Drink more water Pray before scrolling Journal for 5 minutes Read one scripture each day Encourage one person this week Weekly Encouragement You are not too old. You are not too late. You are not forgotten. God is still working, still healing, and still opening doors. Keep walking in faith because the woman you’re becoming is worth every step. LETTING GO!
What if the breakthrough you’ve been praying for is waiting on what you’re willing to release? Welcome to July. This month, I’m making room for what God has prepared by letting go of what no longer belongs in my life. I’m letting go of guilt that keeps me looking backward. I’m letting go of fear that tells me I’m too old or too late. I’m letting go of people who only show up to criticize instead of encourage. I’m letting go of unhealthy habits that steal my health and my peace. I’m letting go of comparison because God never asked me to live someone else’s story. Every season has a purpose, but not everything is meant to go with you into the next one. This July, I choose healing over hurt, discipline over excuses, gratitude over complaining, and faith over fear. I am making room for better health, deeper peace, stronger relationships, and the purpose God has placed on my life. If you’re ready to release what has been weighing you down, don’t carry it into another month. Comment “LET GO” if July is your month to release, heal, and move forward. Let’s walk this journey together. What are you letting go this month ? Write it in the comments and release it.
