Knowing the music/setlist for the show day
Being Accountable and holding myself to the high standards that I set for myself
Being Accountable to practice consistently and growing my skills so I can be ready as a professional musician/tech
Making sure as a musician, I memorize all the music, the licks, the transitions and anything else that is apart of the show
Being confident in my craft and in who I am when working in the music business
Rehearsing show sets and locking in to understand what my role is but also growing to where I can do this so confidently that it's in me even though I do listen to live arrangements, the artist's music and even headlining shows, I feel like I really need to dive deeper into understanding arrangements, also understanding the artist's vision and what the music calls for
