This year was definitely one for the books. Spending my 27th birthday getting chemo was not on my bingo card, nor were the diagnosis or the surgeries that followed. Still, God was there through it all. Now… me and Him will have a conversation, because we definitely did not discuss this in the original plans 😂 but ultimately, I know His ways are higher than mine. Good bro @Dammo Farmer , I hate that you had to walk through what you did. But when I learned you were facing health challenges too, it reminded me that I wasn’t alone in this fight, and that meant more than you know. GPCU - Good People on the stage and beyond 🤝🏼🫡 The facility where I received chemo was one where many long-term patients were treated, most whom would never get the chance to ring the bell. Because of that, they didn’t have one on the wall, believing it might be discouraging to others whose day might never come. I told them, “Nah… get me a bell.” And they did 😂 To God be the glory, I’m still here. Lastly my story ain't finished yet.... The good part is still loading! GPCU let's get right and take flight! Happy New Year, GPCU 🎉 This is a special post. Last night, I was blessed to hit the stage with Big X Tha Plug for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest in Las Vegas. It was a huge moment. But the most powerful part? One of our own GPCU members, @Rachel Francis , was on that stage with us. This was Rachel’s very first TV performance — and she showed up like a pro. She: - Learned the parts - Came prepared - Conducted herself professionally - Used tools and mindset from GPCU to deliver under pressure And she killed it. This right here is the vision.
