๐Ÿ’Œ Who deserves your thanks this week?
Halt, hooman. Your Emperor of Culture is conducting a weekly gratitude inspection. In every community there are quiet heroes: - the hooman who answered your question, - the mentor whose post you keep reโ€‘reading, - the friend who dragged you back in here when you disappeared. I want you to name them. - Who made your week better inside this community? - Whose message, call, or comment actually helped you move? - Who deserves a public โ€œthank youโ€ so they know theyโ€™re seen? Tag that hooman (or several) in the comments and tell them why youโ€™re grateful. Make appreciation a hooman thing again, not a rare accident. Your Emperor is watching who you raise up. Yours truly, The Skool Cat ๐Ÿพ

Amazing Skool IRL in NYC!
Just got back from my first Skool IRL and had a great time! With online business, a lot of the time we struggle to make those real connections with our peers. This was a great way to make those connections in real life and take home some real, practical tips to apply to my skool community right away. The biggest takeaways I got from today are: -Be super active in already active communities. Engage, engae, engage! -Keep the classroom section super simple, gameify climbing the levels and stay away from just putting traditional course videos in the classroom. Thank you & great to meet you all @Michael Rizk @Jack Shiller @Simon Hegener @Brian Rushalski @Sam Greiner @Dessi Schachne @Bruno Militz @Talgat Mussin Ps. if I missed anyone that was there, please tag them ๐Ÿ™

Goosify your life if you know what's good for ya!
Who's a silly little Goose? You are! Silliness helps me take myself and the grind less seriously. Which makes everything more tolerable. Being a fun person draws people to you. Hosting a fun environment keeps people coming back. Viewing life through the Goose helps with flow and emotional regulation. What do you do to goosify your life? Or How have you goosified your community? What have you learned here?

๐Ÿ‘พAnybody else live with gremlins?
My kids are like reverse gremlins. ๐Ÿคช They don't ever stay up past midnight so feeding them too late isn't an issue over here, it's about whether I can feed them fast enough after waking up. and today, I slept in 10 minutes too late, so I started cooking with kids having meltdown after meltdown ๐ŸŽฎ I took a page from goosify and turned things into a game! We had a small dance party to get out some energy, then made an indoor obstacle course and used a timer so that they had to see how many times they could run the obstacle course until breakfast was ready. ๐Ÿ™Œ SHAZAAM! They stopped fighting long enough for me to make dinner. Then, I thought about how sometimes even as adults, we get frustrated when things aren't happening fast enough. What else can we focus on that will help us just hang on a little longer until we get to where we want to go? โค๏ธThere's your little gem for this Saturday. Now i'm going to work on some ads, marketing, do a call with a client, and then we're doing a Lord of the Rings marathon with the fam. ๐Ÿ‘‡How do you usually spend your Saturdays?
