Partner for Anti Blitz?
Ok Y'all. I'm on the third section of the classroom which tells me to partner up and Anti Blitz some health or relationship goals. Who wants a partner? Or, I don't mind being a third wheel if anyone would welcome me to their team. I'm actually pretty round so I'd probably be REALLY good at being a wheel. π I'm 4 weeks out from a knee replacement and the awful pain and swelling is finally easing, so I'm excited to start crushing movement goals. Orrrr i have a few relationships that could use improvement, so im up for that one, too! What's everyone else doing? π

Phoenix IRL Event? BAD@$$ βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ
Just wanted to give a quick shout out to my guy @Goose Dunlavey and everyone who presented and attended the βin real lifeβ event last night! I got everything I was hoping to get from the event, including answers to questions I have been meditating on for WEEKS now. If youβre thinking about going to an event but youβre scared and there may be a drop or 2 of pee pee in your panties, PLEASE JUST FUCKIN GO! π₯ EVERYONE in this community is just as loving and welcoming in real life as they are on the platform, I can attest! Everyone there was approachable and interested in each other!
