Ask yourself once today and repeat daily: โ€œWhat would the future HEALTHY/STRONG/FIT version of me do?โ€ Then do the smallest version of that. Not the perfect version. Not the Instagram version. The 1% version. This is how identity shifts quietlyโ€ฆ and permanently. If future you is still sitting around waiting for an invitation... You missed it.

So yeah, I just opened a free Skool community called Athletic Living Collective. The vibe is pretty simple: athletic living for busy schedules. Short workouts, mobility, strength, consistency, and a place where people actually help each other show up. But Iโ€™m gonna be honest, Iโ€™m struggling with the โ€œearly daysโ€ part ๐Ÿ˜… I opened it, Iโ€™m posting,(just changedmy idea and the structure of the community because i got no interactions๐Ÿ˜ช) but getting members + real interaction has been harder than I expected. ๐Ÿ‰ ๐Ÿคฏ ANTI BLITZ surprised me
I am getting on that train w all of you! Better late than wait 1.5 months until the next anti blitzโ€ฆ I went to an in-person yoga class today FOR the FIRST time after my 2 accidents in April. Since the accidents, I have done yoga daily but very light, mostly short sessions, at home by myself and each week I did one of my own recorded classes from one of my YouTube channels (I used to have a yoga membership) and now I have a successful yoga YouTube channel left from it which I am not doing anything with it in the moment. Anyways, all of that yoga that I was doing alone, at home since April, was pretty laid back as I had severe injuries from the accidents and was taking it very very easyโ€ฆ Even after all these months, I am still in pain and my range of motion is severely limited. So today, when I walked into this class, I promise myself to take it easy and uninitiated my beginnersโ€™ mind to be super intentional and mindful of absolutely everything I am asked to do. I modified quite a few poses - luckily I know how to do that for being a yoga instructor for 20+ years โ€” just as a hobby in sorts, not really a job or anythingโ€ฆ I cannot have a โ€œrealโ€ jobโ€ฆ I am an artist. The class was very hard for me!!!!! I struggled but I focused on my breath and mindfulness. To my surprise, after the class, when I was already home and making dinner, I noticed that my pain has been tremendously reduced and also my range of motion was noticeably increased! Like wow!!! It was so worth it going to this class and withstanding the painful physical limitations! I checked the schedule and that place has classes Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I am committing on going all 3 days every week until the end of the anti blitz!!!!! Considered it DONE! I am a very integral personโ€ฆ P.S. donโ€™t feel sorry for me - please! Thatโ€™s not the intention of this post! I had a pitty party for myself already in April when I had to cancel a summer European tour and even Burning Man! So I can go to therapy 5 days a weekโ€ฆ
