ππ» Do you believe/know that your mental/emotional βhealthβ directly impacts your physical well beingβ¦ even down to things such as weight gain etc? With the new anti Blitz starting tomorrow, Iβm just curiousβ¦ also that Iβm not just talking about the willpower to go to the gym, or eat differently, or commit to anything being a neurospicy humanβ¦ Iβm more so talking about the parts you shove down and refuse to deal with or think about, the conversations you need to have but refuse to, the choice to continue to push through things when you brain and your heart are telling you you need a rest and to chill etcβ¦ Editing to add a personal storyβ¦ for years I masked heavy, trying to fit myself into boxes I was told to, how a good wife looked, a good mom, a good homeschooling parent, a good whateverβ¦ it about killed me, I woke up one day diagnosed with hypothyroidism and extreme adrenal fatigue laid up on the couch for weeks trying to get my body to cooperate. The docs told me I just needed more sleep and then wanted me on thyroid pillsβ¦ I did some herbal stuff and homeopathy, but the true unlock? When I started digging around within, and at the same time allowing myself to break free from the boxesβ¦ today I donβt have thyroid issues, I donβt struggle with adrenal issuesβ¦ our bodies are highly intelligent and always attempting to heal if we choose to actually get curious. Also, prolly controversial, and Iβm not sure where the study came from, whether it was a college or a different countryβ¦ they did a test where half the folks went to the gym and the other half just meditated or did the βgymβ in their minds and either both lost around the same amount of weight or the ones that didnβt go lost more. And in either china or Japan, I think, they donβt tell someone if they are diagnosed with cancer, they do let family know, but they have found better outcomes by not βdiagnosingβ and telling the personβ¦ wonder why that isβ¦ ππ» What say you??
