Yesterday I woke to discover I had been blessed by the reign of the frogs or maybe toads. I don't know. All I know is like Brigadoon their colony has descended upon my abode. They are precious and I'm keeping all of them.

๐ Why do some people jump into conversations while others stay silent?
I've been thinking about this a lot lately. When I join a community, I stay when: ๐ค I feel welcome ๐งญ I know where to start ๐ฌ The conversations are interesting ๐ People are actually participating I've noticed communities don't grow because people join. They grow because people engage. What makes YOU go from quietly watching to actually joining the conversation?
