Okay real talk Iβm such a high achieving, go go go kinda person I literally have alarms on my laptop that remind me to take breaks because Iβll forget. When Iβm all in, I go hard like many of yβall here. I love what I do, but after doing 600+ activities I am TIRED haha that energy has to go somewhere. So Iβve learned I have to automatically release as much as I possibly can. I donβt care if I look stupid, Iβll go stomp barefoot in the backyard, throw my arms up, sigh, grunt, scream into a pillow, dance around like a dork, whatever it takes π Itβs gotta come OUT, if that makes sense? Otherwise it just sits there and turns into irritability or burnout. What about you? What do you do to release that high achiever energy so you can come back calm, grounded, and ready to crush it again the next day? ππ₯ The weirder answers the better!
