yo I've only been here 5 minutes, and I'm looking through people's posts and comments and I'm crying. literally crying!! I've never seen so much support and love in one place! I'm truly amazed and so HOOKED! WTF is this community!? Does GOOSE just have a way of attracting people who are loving, open-minded, supportive, dream-chasers, and intelligent authentic peoples!? WTF Also, how do i use that GOOSE gif with him dancing? that things lit! 🔥

Who is excited for the Wingman 2.0?
When I was hanging out with @Goose Dunlavey last week, I got a sneak peek of the new version of Wingman. Now I am counting the days when it drops. @Yahya Kazi did some incredible work on creating the mock up and it is clean af. @Maximus Meadowcroft is working hard in the background to implement this. Let's give them some love in the comments.

I must be totally nuts, cuz I already have so much on my plate. But I had to do it! Oops, I did it again… Have you ever done something that you knew might be too much, but you still had to do it? It felt like a calling from your soul. Share in the comments! My current free group, the Thrive Community, is all about health and wellness and releasing the weight that holds us back. I love supporting folks from all walks of life in attaining their health and wellness goals! One of my passions in the health and wellness fields is intermittent fasting . Many people in my free community are not interested or ready to jump into intermittent fasting since they have sleep issues or other issues that make them wary of fasting for any period of time. I totally respect that! Fasting is something that should be explored when we don’t have too much cortisol running amok in our system. It’s a hormetic stressor, like exercise, so it does put some stress on the body. But, it also activates amazing healing, when done mindfully, including autophagy and the creation of stem cells! It’s a practice that helped me to overcome insulin resistance and release over 70 pounds in less than 6 months. It’s also helped me to feel healthier than I have in many years. I no longer get every single cold that comes around. I’m rarely sick at all. So, I started a new community, the Fasting Collective. How do you deal with intense stress?
I’ve had an incredible amount of stress the last couple days, apparently it’s a thing for a lot of people right now, some kinda really heavy energy hitting the world right now.. without going into too much detail, I’ve had about as much as I can take with weird, intensely stressful shit going on right now and having a lot of trouble regulating. Feeling like my head is about to explode and I’m ready throw down with a brick wall just to try and get it out of my body (obviously not a productive option) Anyone else feeling this intense heavy energy? Weird shit happening you can’t explain? Head about to pop from trying to hold it all together? What do you do to get through times like this?
