Yo, whatโ€™s good everyone? I was just wondering, whatโ€™s your most effective screen time hack? Iโ€™ve found a bunch myself, and thatโ€™s how I went from averaging eight hours a day to now only about one hour a day. And thatโ€™s without consuming mindless content, just messages, podcasts, audiobooks, and books. Iโ€™ve been consistent with this for over eight months. (crazy I know)
I donโ€™t even watch YouTube videos, short-form content, TV shows, or movies anymore. Iโ€™ve also helped a bunch of my clients with this, and we all have different hacks that work for us.
