Yo, whatโs good everyone? I was just wondering, whatโs your most effective screen time hack? Iโve found a bunch myself, and thatโs how I went from averaging eight hours a day to now only about one hour a day. And thatโs without consuming mindless content, just messages, podcasts, audiobooks, and books. Iโve been consistent with this for over eight months. (crazy I know)
I donโt even watch YouTube videos, short-form content, TV shows, or movies anymore. Iโve also helped a bunch of my clients with this, and we all have different hacks that work for us.
