Since I have to help 69 people go on skool full time in a year:
This is the FIRST BEEFY ONE of the how to series.
Please let me know if this is too long
or you want more of this!
Most people donโt have a niche
they haveโฆ โจan identity crisisโจ
โwho do i help??โ
so they sit therethinkingresearchingwatching 69 YT videos
instead of justโฆ starting
meanwhile someone less skilled is already making money
so HERES the friggin breakdown:
your niche is NOT some magical perfect decision
its this:
๐ WHO you help
๐ WHAT problem you solve
๐ HOW you solve it
thats it
not that deep (thats what she said)
For example:
โi help gym bros who cant talk to girls get dates in 30 daysโ
or
โi help skool owners stop churn using simple automationsโ
Lets pretend u got a heart problem
r u going to:
- a random doctor who โknows all kinds of stuffโor
- heart specialist who does this all day?
exactly
so u cant be โfor everyoneโ
when you donโt pick a niche:
- your offer feels vague
- your content feels generic
- nobody feels like ur talking to them
translation: ๐ nobody cares
so where does your niche ACTUALLY come from?
- not trends
- not copying gurus
- not โtop 10 niches 2026โ
its already in your life
3 places:
- problems you solved
what did you struggle with for way too long?
what finally clicked?
people donโt want info
they want someone whoโs BEEN THERE
- stuff youโve been paid for
what do people already trust you to do?
what would someone recommend you for?
(usually this one is hiding in plain sight btw)
- things you enjoy
yes this matters
no itโs not enough on its own
the sweet spot is:
๐ you like it
๐ youโre good at it
๐ people need it
quick reality check before you commit:
ask this:
- are people already aware of this problem? (if not โ good luck selling it)
- are people already paying for it? (if yes โ congrats, money exists)
competition = validation not your enemy
final thing:
your niche will probably change
good
that means youโre actually doing stuff
comment ur niche if u wanna ๐ชฟ
and we will all roast them together
by answering the question:
"would you buy this if you were the target market"
