Time to get jacked with this month!! As a fitness and health coach I absolutely fell off!π
I had an injury this summer and fell off my game for a bit! Got sad and depressed and ate a shit load and said Iβll start back up soon so itβs fine! Lol
Then right when it was time to hop on again, I had a family emergency (really a family friend but theyβre better family than my real familyπ) and I had to take over a dairy and their farm land so basically worked 16 hour days for about 3-4 weeks and said screw absolutely everything π
So here is me at my worst and Iβm going to put the work in to lean out this month! Perfect macros, 4 workouts a week, and a step count reached daily! Going for 15K ππ»
