Ok guys, as I said on the call today : I'm on fitness Level 6 and I'm getting to Level 7.
To do that, here is what I have to do :
15 strict form pull ups, no kipping
50 strict form push ups, no rests
1 - mile run : 8:00 minutes or less
less than 17% body fat
On my fitness test on October 3 : I got
13 strict form pull ups
40 strict form push ups
1 - mile run : 8:15
Body fat % : not exactly sure. Probably 18%.
