Ok Y'all. I'm on the third section of the classroom which tells me to partner up and Anti Blitz some health goals. Who want a partner? Or, I don't mind being a third wheel if anyone would welcome me to their team. I'm actually pretty round so I'd probably be REALLY good at being a wheel. ๐ I'm 4 weeks out from a knee replacement and the awful pain and swelling is finally easing, so I'm excited to start crushing movement goals. What's everyone else doing? ๐
