I'm going hardcore
23 hour fasts
1 hour eating window
1 meal per day
Drinking ONLY water with electrolytes
(no cuppa tea for me ππ¬π§)
For the rest of the month
... I might die
But I'll put Goosify in my Will before I do βπ»
