I found a way to boost engagement by a lot
I redid my classroom, now every lessons is multiple post pinned inside of it.
For example: Day 1
Inside is: Post 1. Les salutations, post 2. The numbers, post 3. Verb To be, ... ect..
I tell them to like the post and drop a comment (usually a small practice of what they just seen)
This way one day of lesson, one person will like 5 individual post and post 5 comments.
But there is some drawback, redoing my whole course (around 60 lessons) means I'm spamming the community and therefore my group email. I wish I could NOT send notification.
They can change that in the setting, but I don't want that ! Because when I'm done I'll be back with the normal pace of posts.
But I went from ranking 2000? to 365.
