I'm RESETing.... How about you?
Last month, I wasn’t happy with my physical and mental health. I wasn’t getting enough sleep, I wasn’t exercising much, and I was constantly working and scrolling on social media. It reduced my focus and clarity.
So, this is what I started doing:
  • Go to bed between 10–10:30 pm and wake up at 6 am.
  • Drink lukewarm water and wait 45 - 60 minutes before eating or drinking anything else
  • Avoid screens for the first hour after waking up
  • Meditate every day
Now, I genuinely feel much better. I feel more energetic and focused, and really happy about that.
