I feel like I am going crazy

I will hit 1,000 members in my community by the end of Jan... and I have 1 paying member 😭 I know it's my fault. i am ready & willing to learn. I don't think it should be easy or anything, but I thought the hard part would be getting people who are interested, not getting interested people to actually act.

I knew not everyone would want to be a premium / vip member, but I also didn't expect a literal 0.001 conversion ratio 😭

Tell me what I am doing wrong, roast me, whatever it takes! I just want to get better!
