A few minutes ago I was feeling that creeping scattered brain feeling - where my mind bounces between sooo many responsibilities and ideas.
When it happens I close my eyes and actually imagine myself putting on a specific hat. My mom hat, my 9-5er hat, my doula hat, my creative hat. It helps me turn down the noise. Just now I had to kick away my βwork on classroom hatβ so I could parent. π€
