For me, its growth/members and we know our about page is the offer AND it also can solve conversion problems too - but you can't confuse traffic with conversion cause those are two different sources right quality of traffic matters that is converting 100 random people that don't convert versus 30 random people were 75% of them were your target audience and half of them convert I see that that's pretty good.
