GIF-war anti-blitz-goose style… thoughts appreciated ...
i have not yet decided, if i want to anti-blitz.
last anti, i worked on my weight… (and other topics cause i cannot just choose one… its all connected…)
which btw, is still constant after letting go of 5kg.. (happy about that… and on the way to leave the next 5kg behind me…)
so the easiest thing for me would be to just keep going with that one, and maybe add a few exercises ...
which i couldnt get done last time...
but, here is a but.. and it may be sounding strange because x-mas and this time is all about peace and harmony…and good relationships… which is very important for me… but.. another but…
something inside myself feels, that i need to unpack my sword… or darth vetters light savor or light sacer…
can you inspire me with your thoughts on warriors please?
