I want to see your food! I made a roast dinner last night and took some round to my mum. Simple, familiar, full of nostalgia and has a feel good factor! π½οΈ
Food has a funny way of carrying places with it. ππ
One bite and youβre not just eating β youβre remembering a street, a person, a moment in time.
My favourite - Khao Tom Moo or Pad Thai eaten in Thailand, hot and fresh, flavours you donβt forget once youβve had them. π²
And there are still things on my list, like gravy and biscuits, that I havenβt tried yet but feel oddly curious about!! π€
Different countries, different kitchens, different stories β same shared language of food.
Whatβs a meal thatβs stayed with you from travelling?
Or something from another culture youβd love to try one day?
I want the dishes and the stories π½οΈπ Bonus points for pictures!!
