Is that okay post two days?
Well if it isn't, I have done. β
First day, as I was warming up to run, I tried.
In the days before I was walking, jogging, but not brave enough to run properly.
I set up a 45' run, 1:30' walk training for 21 min.
Was not easy, I haven't enough breath π«
In the beginning was cold, wet, and was heavy.
As I warned it was uncomfortable π₯΅.
But each vibration of the watch I change the velocity, until the last two look like the good one. And the last 1:30 was just running.
Again. Was NOT easy.
Is rainish. Muddy.
Sheep π sh**te in the track. But those were not reasons for me to stop.
Day 2.
Swimming. I am bad in this too. π
