Circuit (1โ€“3 rounds):

โ€ข Push-ups x12
โ€ข Plank x20 sec
Rest: 30โ€“60 sec
Shorten plank to 10โ€“15 sec if needed
Did you finish all rounds? Be honest.
Remember: you canโ€™t water fake plants and expect them to grow.
