Advice on 3 different ways to access courses in my community
Hey silly and serious Geese, Iโd love some feedback on an idea Iโm playing around with for my community.
I really donโt want to lock everything behind a paywall because I want the community to stay accessible and rewarding for people who actively participate.
The idea is:
๐ Free members
Unlock courses by levelling up through engagement and participation.
๐ต One-off purchase
If someone needs a specific course right now, they can just buy that individual course instead of waiting.
โญ Premium membership
Monthly subscription that unlocks all courses instantly, plus future courses while subscribed.
So there would be 3 ways to access a course:
- Earn it through participation
- Buy it individually
- Subscribe and get everything
As a member, would that feel fair and motivating?
Or does it sound too complicated?
Is it even possible?
Iโm trying to find a balance between rewarding engagement, keeping things accessible, and eventually making the community sustainable.
