I am posting relatively often (I’d say 5 times a week) in my group and try my best to add valuable content, “easy” participation posts (comment a gif/ poll/ etc)

But it feels stagnant.

My Instagram view and followers have finally started to take off (I do have my skool link in bio) so it’s even more disheartening.

I have been thinking of a couple of things to help my skool:

work on my offer and treat it as a lead magnet (but then people come for the content not the community)
Add the well performing videos from Instagram to here and see what happens
Make a totally different format (longer form YT) specifically to drive members and hopefully participants here

Is it a normal slump, what am I doing wrong?
