I’m running this challenge in my group, and it’s so much fun and so useful and inspiring that I wanted to share it here as well, with all you fellow Goosers!
I chose to do 10 minutes of piano a day for my challenge, inspired by fellow Goose And that GiF is exactly how I look when I’m practicing my piano!! In this Challenge, you get to pick one to two activities that you will add to your day, just for 10-20 minutes.
You can start your 10-Day, 10-Minute Challenge on any day, whatever works best for your schedule.
Activities can include anything that helps you to thrive in your life…dance, walking, strength training, general exercise, journaling, art, yoga, planning your meals, singing, writing your book, reading, decluttering, something that brings you Joy, etc.
Best not to overthink it, just pick one or two things you’ve been meaning to do and add it to your day, just ten minutes of it. You can always add more time as you get used to doing it more.
