From the Director's Chair Community Guidelines. This is a safe and welcoming space to ask questions, share experiences and learn together. To keep it that way there are just a few simple things we ask of everyone here. Be respectful Everyone in this community is here because they care about children and their wellbeing. We come from different backgrounds and different experiences and that is what makes this space rich. Respect that. Be curious There are no silly questions here. If something is on your mind ask it. Chances are someone else is wondering the same thing. Ask clarifying questions If you are not sure what someone means ask them to explain further before you respond. We all communicate differently and a little curiosity goes a long way. Be kind Behind every question is a person doing their best. Speak to each other the way you would want to be spoken to. Assume good intent Most people are here to learn and grow. If something lands wrong take a breath and ask before you assume.
